The Spirt of Wyoming has been building our expo for 5 years! We have 4 very successful expos a year between Rock Springs Wyoming and Gillette Wyoming. One show in Spring and one show in Fall in each city. We have some amazing surprises coming in the near future with even more locations for the show! Stay tuned for all updates for that!

The Spirit of Wyoming will be starting up the new year this Spring!
Our first event is April 18th-19th in Gillette Wyoming
Followed by our Rock Springs event May 9th-10th

Our booth fees are:
$175 for a single 10x10
$300 for a 20x20
This price includes 1 table and 2 chairs, or for the double 2 tables and 4 chairs
Jackson Hole Pricing is higher
$225 for a basic 10x10Â

Booth Prices are: (For Gillette Wy and Rock Springs Wy)
$175 for a basic 10x10 booth space (1 table, 2 chairs)
$300 for a double 20x20 booth space (2 tables, 4 chairs)
Basic booth space does accommodate a small canopy/tent to cover your booth space. These are accepted at the expo.
We do have power that can be run to your booth, but this needs to be specified in your application so we can plan ahead. This can come with a small extra charge through the Gillette Expo
FOR GILLETTE ONLY power is $20
Extra chairs are $5 each, extra tables are $10 each (This does not apply to extra chairs and tables you bring with you)
